I sent him my cards for an Enemie just a LITTLE over a week ago. We did simul send, and I haven't seen his. I still trust him. He's probably a little busy. I'd really like to have the card soon though, for the next hobbie league.

Consider it a trial. Right now, he is innocent until proven guilty. The more bad trader threads and refs that pile up against him, the more evidence there is building up against him. If he doesn't put up a defense, then he will most likely be convicted by a jury of his peers.

I do hope and believe Darth Maul to be in the right here. It's just a shame that this and other threads will continue until some evidence to the contrary comes to light. I just don't see the point in defending someone who stays silent.

I once had a friend/coworker whom I considered trustworthy give notice in our company and then was forced to leave prematurely. I was very vocal about my anger in what I considered unfair treatment until I discovered the truth in his secretive activities, which he confirmed. His lack of morals and reasoning forced me to reconsider my estimation of him.

My point being: don't be so quick to defend people's moral compass.

Defense. Don't defend. And yet, it's a trial. There's a jury (the evidence) there's witnesses, the prosecutor(s) (sutkin and finalstain), and there's DM's lawyer (COSMICDOOM!!!!!!!!!). I rest my case.

ya hes trying to trade with me a big stock which hes getting the benefit but i need some stuff for PC indy and he wants me to send first since he doesnt believe in the old refs #### that he must be a noob or something refs are refs old or new and everyonr knows me here... so if he doesnt want send first #### him...

Yeah filth, I know its off topic...but seriously this place has always had more rippers...it has more traders...so I guess it comes with the territory....a good friend of mine with 120 unique refs on another site wont even trade here any more after getting ripped and the mods giving him the shaft...

I try and trade in a small circle of guys I know...I cant be playing games like "I dont count the old refs" wtf is that about?....its too hard to tell who is a good guy and who is a crook...

but I understand cosmic trying to protect a guy he knows....but the point I think is important is that why would either of the other guys waste their time to lie about him? what do they gain by destroying his rep? Thats whats called motive son...and with this thread filling up fast with people questioning him, I think the proof is in the pudding....

The reason hes saying "I dont count old refs" is because hes trying to get you to send first/"same time". It has nothing to do with whether or not he actually thinks they are legit.

You all write here prove it. I can prove it I have whole history of our communication.

Facts:

1. He agreed with simul trade

2. He got my cards in ten days


3. After my bad ref to him he gave me bad one too with text he never trade with me

"never even delt with this guy fraud!"


So After these I can say he is liar. If he is ripper or only he cannot write he is slow or something is yp to you. But he point at me that I m liar but I m honest trader worldwide and I had never even slow trade and never negative ref. I m member of gab site and so on. This site I used for VS cards only.

So I want admin of this site to make clear in this case . He can use my messages to be sure that My part of trade was perfect and darth mauls not.

To cosmicdoom and others : write down please how can I prove that darth maul is bad trader (or ripper in my case I think he is)

Not that I am calling him a Ripper or anything but we agreed to a trade over two weeks ago and I still haven't recieved anything from him=\.
