I think that runing 3 Kona Lor is too much seeing how Captain Att-lass is a better play.
And you base this judgment on what, reading the cards? First of all, you need more 2 drops with Press than that. Period. But you are also seriously underestimating the importance of Kona Lor in the deck. Kona Lor messes with your opponent's resource row. I've won quite a few games because of that effect alone. The combination of Kona Lor and Dylon Cir can cause serious problems for opponents who need certain cards in their row. She's got 4 ATK, so she can stun back many 3 drops without help. On turn 4, Kona Lor and Hala can take down a 4 drop. On turn 6 with Shatterax on the field and with a Lunatic Legion activation, she's got 8 ATK. I've taken down plenty of 6 drops with Kona Lor and a pump. You really don't know what you are talking about here.
You really, really need to do some serious playtesting before you decide how you are going to "fix" that deck. There's room for improvement there, but I don't think you understand the deck well enough to make actual improvements yet.
You mentioned Flying Kick, for example. What is that for? What weakness of the deck does that address? What match-up does that improve? What are you going to take out to make room for it? And if you take out card X to make room, what are the consequences? Are you going to take out The Uni-Power? Flying Kick is clearly better in most match-ups, but now you basically auto-lose to Skrulls and substibuse. Are you going to take out Poker Night? Sure you have more firepower on your kill turn on 6, but now you die on 5 way more often. Remnant Fleet? Now you don't press consistently.
Go play the deck against a variety of other good Modern Age decks (Syndicate, Skrulls, stall, Darkseid RRD, substibuse, Doomed Earth, the mirror match), THEN come tell us how you are going to improve it.
That is why i am playing 1Kona Lor. She is good against some decks but not all. If i just replace face up non ongiongs then i am helping the opponent by giving them more cards.
Does this format have the firepower to win turn 5. What decks can do that. SS?
what is good about unipower, It is a +1, +1. That lets you attack hidden. But dont you have Korath for that.
Why is she so good?
If the opponent has a face up resource then she is pretty much a very bad 4/1. I rather have a 3/2 that does NOT help the opponent out.
If you keep replacing their resources then they are just getting more cards. The only way i see it helping is against a deck that depends on their face up resources. Then i can search her out and own.
In my eyes she is only needed at certain times not all the time.
No dont leave me i still need help.
So i shouldnt run Clumsy Foulup right. I just rather run 3 Captain Att-lass and 2 Kona Lor. I like him better. or should i run 2 and 2.
also what about Sintariis
