I'll take this moment to LAUGH really hard at the pitiful Galactus.
Galactus was thwarted by Laughing Gas while Mr. Sinister neutralized the mighty powers of the Heralds, and Hulk went on a Galactic sized Rampage, ala Planet Hulk on that so-called 'World-devourer's' giant sized ###. lol
The background players were the Black Panther, hiding in the shadows armed with the Ultimate Nullifier, Dr. Doom who utilized some Time Thieves to help ensure that the big G couldn't omnipotence more than once or twice, and stripped an Obliterate or two as well.
Negating not one, but 2 different Heralds effects on the triggers was the hotness. :)
But, then, there was the day two fiasco...
In our second bout against Galactus, we got hosed by the first four planets all being Galactus initiatives. And one of our players was different, and wasn't using the original third players deck. That meant no Time Thief and No Mr. Sinister. The planets though were the rough stuff. They cost us a lot in terms of Endurance, meaning that by turn 6 Galactus had been able to attack first for so many turns that Playing a Hulk would have been detrimental to us in a horrid way. And with the way the planets fell, We skipped from 3 resources to 5, then from 5 to 7 so we would have had to underdrop Hulk so it was pretty rough as he went straight to Surfer.
Billy said we watched him shuffle the planets, but we never saw him shuffle the planets, just the Galactus deck....
But I wouldn't accuse him of cheating, since, you know, he's one of the people I have to rely on to ensure that I see new Black Panther cards in the 'near' future... :)
See, Billy, just because I have to sooth my bruised ego over the planets coming up in the absolute single worst configuration possible for the players that are not Galactus doesn't mean I think you cheated. I don't honestly think you did. Like I said before, I played against Galactus a few dozen times before buying my own Galactus deck and I told you that until I bought my own, I had no idea that most of the planets weren't Galactus initiative, because of how many times the Galactus planets came up.
I'm really just that unlucky at times. At other times I am unrealistically lucky. I'm sure my lifetime total is a balancing act overall. Ask my about the dumb things like roof-running some time. lol
Seriously, if you cheated, I truly believe you would have either said something to us or felt bad about it and given us the good prizes any way :)
I thought my post made it clear that my comment was tongue in cheek and very light-hearted.
William Baldwin from Olympia, Wa was the third guy,(he went 8-0 at the Super Xover Sealed event)

Good stuff.
I really want to see a nice DC deck come out for this type format already. I hate DC, but tend to like their villains, so it should be a great deck.
I finally got around to reading this... best. coverage. ever.
Dude... UDE should start using your scripting program for all future coverage... it's almost like being there.
Now people will know why "Everbody Loves Rowland".
there was some good stuff i missed, cus everybody was talking so fast, but with practice, i'm sure this type of coverage would be super fun to read and write. and be 20 pages long. haha.
