Here is what I have been playing around with...I welcome feedback.
1 Drop:
4 x Black Bolt
4 x Professor X
2 Drop:
4 x Dr. Strange
4 x Mr. Fantastic
3 drop:
4 x Sub-Mariner
5 drop:
4 x Iron Man
6 drop:
3 x Dr. Strange (MVL)
Plot Twists:
4 x Losing the Arguement
4 x Essence of Zom
4 x Invasion Plans
4 x Heroes for Hire
4 x Clandestine Operations
2 x Omnipotence
3 x The Elektra Situation
4 x Secret Government
3 x The Infinity Gauntlet
2 x Mobilize
How it plays:
Round 1
place essence of zom in resource row
recruit professor x: use his ability to check the top card of your deck
Round 2
use professor x ability before the draw
play Losing the Arguement AFTER draw from your hand, putting 1 character and 1 plot twist on top of your deck
place resource Clandestine operations
recruit Dr. Strange, naming character and plot twist in correct order for rally effect, netting 2 bonus cards.
flip essence of Zom and search out Infinity Gauntlet PT or Omnipotence PT
Round 3
use professor x ability before the draw
place Infinity Gauntlet PT or Omnipotence PT in resource row
recruit Mr. Fantastic (2 drop)
recruit Balt Bolt (1 drop)
exhaust 2 characters to draw a card with Mr Fantastic, or use Invasion Plans during your attack.
during recovery flip Calndestine Operations exhausting 2 Illuminati characters
Round 4
use professor x ability before the draw
place resource Hired Heroes, flip it, and name F4 (Mr. Fantastic's affiliation)
recruit Sub-Mariner (3 drop) and comes into play exhausted
exhaust 2 characters to draw a card (Mr. Fantastic ability)
if you have it, use Invasion Plans during your attack
Round 5
place either Infinity Gauntlet PT or Omnipotence PT (PA is the card to be named for Omnipotence)
recruit Iron Man, and he enters play exhausted
use Iron Man's ability to exhaust your 2 and 3 drop to exhaust your opponents 4 drop
Round 6
use professor x ability before the draw
Exhaust 6 to Infinity Gauntlet to force your opponent to KO his hand. Your opponent will not get to place a resource or recruit a character if you do this in response to their draw.
spend 4 life to give all of your characters the F4 affiliation from Hired Heroes. (2 already have it)
recruit Dr. Strange, and enters play exhausted (replacing the 2 drop Dr. Strange)
As the combat phase starts, all of your F4 characters ready due to Dr. Stange's text.
Exhaust 6 to Infinity Gauntlet to KO your opponents 5 drop character. (Remember that they did not get to recruit a 6 drop and they have only 5 resources)
Round 7
use professor x ability before the draw
Exhaust 6 to Infinity Gauntlet to KO your opponents hand
Place a resource
Spend 4 life to give all characters F4 affiliation through Hired Heroes.
As the Combat Phase begins, ready all of your characters.
Exhaust 6 to KO a resource (opponent down to 4 resources)
Round 8:
use professor x ability before the draw
Exhaust 6 to Infinity Gauntlet to force your opponent to KO his hand.
Spend 4 life to give all characters F4 affiliation through Hired Heroes.
As the Combat Phase begins, ready all of your characters.
Exhaust 6 to KO a resource (opponent down to 3 resources)
Round 9
It just doesn't matter what your opponent does with the remaining 3 resources...Dr. Strange and Iron Man will be enough to throttle the 50 life you likely haven't touched until this point. (Or you could always throw in a single copy of Galactus 9 drop into the deck)
I like the list Baldman, the only thing I'd add (yeah I know find you the room right) is Prof X 2 drop to give you another option to bring him in 2 or 4, if 1 doesn't go well or dies.

That's is part of the reason I underdrop on 4...I have a spare resource point to get the prof back if he gets KOd.
MKKO will eat this alive. If you are playing against stall with this though, it will bully other stall decks.

IDK it seems very weak against decks like MKKO/IG concealed/BoP GK any thing that trys to kill you fast. You would be lucky to win agaisnt Hulk with a build like that. You should also loose essence of zoom card isn't good.
I'd drop Losing the Argument, it's only helpful if you draw it in your opening 8. I'd also strongly suggest running a 7 and 8, because right now you have no solid closing strategy-- just "figure something out with my 5 and 6".
I hav come up with my own build for the deck.first thing we need to know is that in this deck you are going to have to stall as much as possible.also is that you will probably never never finish the game before turn 6.v I need to get the deck down to 60 0r at least 61 also want to put in death of a dream for when someone plays omnipotence.and lastly clandestine ouoperations may slow your opponent down but it also slows you down.you should only play like 2 just in case you play an k/ig
turn 1
profx/black bolt
turn 2
mr fantastic/dr strange
turn 3
dr strange/mr fantastic

Rush decks will kill this thing. I am not sure there is anything I can do about that.
Hulk is tough...but if he can be targetted, he can be exhausted, and then he's not quite so useful. While it may not beat Hulk on any regular basis, it's no auto loss either. (I would agree that Hulk should win 2 out of every 3 matchups...and one of those wins would likely be pretty gross to experience=)

no 100 ideaS?
Essence of Zom is much better than 100 ideas IMO. EoZ lets me look for any plot twist in the deck, not just 1 of 4 cards from the bottom of the deck. It is very possible to have nothing good at the bottom of your deck...EoZ always gets something good.

I like Losing the Arguement, but I undestand where you are coming from. Though, in actual game play, I will have 6-14 cards in hand in the later rounds. The idea was that after the draw on 6, I can use LtA to get another two cards, possibly even an ongoing PT I need to place in my resource row. With the curve ending at 6, it didn't matter what I drew into after that. This must be changed...
I really should put at least two different 7 drops in the deck...I am thinking a 7 drop Iron Man (with a Hulkbuster Armor that he auto searches for) and a Professor X 'World's Most Powerful Telepath'. Prof X on 7 (or 8 if Clandestine Operations is in play) looks good with the exhaust effect of 5 drop Ironman (until Iron man got replaced on 8 with the 7 drop and Hulkbuster).

Hulk should be in your favor however since you didn't max out elektra situation and I doubt how many times you will draw into it.

Essence of Zoom can only be played on the same turn you have have recruited Dr. Strange.

I don't like losing the argument either it really does nothing its only good for when you get lucky to have that + Strange 2 drop.

How does that sound?
and thanks guys...its all been good input.
I would choose a better 7 than Iron man considering you wouldn't be able to attack if you have a clandstine in row so give him a hulk buster is just wasteful. However what bob added starfire could be really good.

I would drop Chilly reception and add in Stark Armory and the Equipment that doesn't allow him to be stunned. Star fire seems like she could nuts in this deck.
