Boy oh boy I love effects that grant other characters s. They are prime assets to be recruited into the all incap team. In Reno Khan's Art of Heroclix, it is stated that with Incap and enough s, you could take over the world. Now I just have to figure a way out to give everyone on that team the Ennead keyword
But enough of my musings, how about that attack SP? Holy god, if that doesn't get you to not push your characters, I don't know what will. (also, another reason he is a near perfect match for the all incap team.)
These Egyptian gods are shaping up to be a fearsome force.

Healing is the last thing you want to deal with when you're whittling away at this force, and between geb's dark watch ta and shu's dedicated smoking, that's what you'll wind up dealing with. It'll help extend their longevity given their relative soft defenses as shu provides an ounce of prevention and a pound of cure.
And I'm aware of the impact of all that citizens of the sun is bringing to a force and functions as his sole primeness at 33. But I see the passenger plus one as subtly potent. Now they're all taxis. And with full dial sidestep on the lot of them, get ready to see lots of rescooting repositioning maximizing your board presence and those adjacency based TAs

With the X-Men ta added to the amazing contingent of other TA's will just make everything a little moreso.
And with the bullseye that's gonna be on this guy's head, they're going to need all the healing they can get him.
For the ennead's muscle I went a little unconventional. He's got ss to begin with, only picking up toughness from nuit, but he's also very focused on the antiswarm effect of quake and (to a lesser extent) ee. He does get the big wallop in click 2's printed 4 but even then you may be more tempted to push everyone around

I think this is where you're going to most feel that divine aura and want to really be able to outwit that sp before gambling a push. Even beyond all the layering abilities and synergies, their biggest defense (especially at rookie levels) is giving no easy first targets. The more your opponent dithers on whom to target, the more you're going to win
While a subtle thing, osiris' extra is polishing a lot of designs here. Set's ee focus gets a bit better and atum becomes more dangerous. He got because he's got 2 flying golden scarabs that shoot energy. So either they represent him shooting and them shooting or them shooting, but once he gets his 3rd from osiris he gets to unleash full power. Going into the super synergy design here for them really let me streamline and minimize some designs for maximum effect

Isis mother of Horus, sister and wife of Osiris, adversary of Set, she who ushers the living through the gates of death. Goddess & mother of Pharaohs and frankly one of the most wide spread and popular gods in history. The variations of her worship fill books and confuse anthropologists to this day.
And now she's taking my free actions......
Running her and Osiris together is not going to make you popular.
......and she shares Mystics.
Well on the upside she'll have to stick in the rear with the gear if she doesn't want to draw every attack thrown at her team and that should limit the effectiveness of her Matron of Magic special.
Downside with Shu's healing Mystics on the whole team is just going to be a kick in the teeth.
.....especially with everyone having stop clicks and Regeneration.

Lol, yeah I'm not taking it easy on you. But as the matron of magic, there was no other ta she should be bringing to the table. At least she's only modifying speed
The increased synergy with Osiris was deliberate. It'll only afford you a very narrow band to ply your free actions on exactly 1 token. So timing will be very careful. Fortunately, all those maniacs together will be very short clicked, because it's gonna be a slaughter one way or the other

while it was later pointed out to me that they were an homage to team fortress 2 (a game I haven't played) I was struck upon seeing the deck and designs that these guys were an homage to the suicide squad and went for the team ability accordingly. perhaps you'll see it my way or not or both. either way, the f.i.l.t.e.r. ta will fill an important role for the team and the alien head will make for some nice iconography as it does on the cards in sarge's deck
I don't know what Anna did to tick the artist off but Nepthys is usually depicted in a far more flattering light. Guardian of the temple courtyard may not sound impressive to a modern ear but it meant she controlled the passage from the material to the spiritual and therefore was an important part of early funerary rituals.
If your also running Isis that double tap of penetrating damage is going to suuuuuck.
Which means Nepthys needs to go down early....so Nepthys, Isis, Osiris in that order I'm thinking?

Yeah they ran with her funeral rites stuff as the goddess of mummies in her look. And yeah, like all the rest she's friendly to herself so all total a full run of the ennead will net you a +1 to all combat values, toughness, willpower, passenger+1 and an extra . Plus 9(!) TAs. 'course at 300 then you're only rocking the rookies with 3 clicks and no signature SPs. At 500 you'll get a taste of it all and at 900 it truly is the ennead in force (to be reckoned with). But you're also free to mix and match. At 600 you could field 3 vets and 6 rookies. Could make for interesting build options
Nephthys is also playing with fueled by death differently. Getting detokened regardless of friend or for, but with specific bonuses allegiance-dependent. The action pool manipulation is meant to get more out of the 9 while the extra penetration dmg probably would make her the main target even if she wasn't the one boosting everyone's dmg values and giving out suicide squad ta

Well it looks like we're moving on to a swarm theme for the Ennead to devour. Still with Mission Objective you should be able to bring a massive amount of firepower down on those Egyptian deific wannabes.
I'm getting some real Rick Furry Agent of S.C.H.M.U.C.K. vibes from old Sarge here. I have to admit that no matter what F.I.L.T.E.R.'s acronym stands for its just not an impressive name for an organisation.
In fact the first thing I thought when I read it and looked at Steel's uniform was "Wow, that's a really high-tech septic tank service". Perhaps it should have been Agent of S.U.M.P.?
Also you'll have to tell me if I'm wrong but F.I.L.T.E.R. seems more villainous than heroic?

Actually Mystics is not so bad anymore since the 2017 update. I'm still dealing with a little Mystics/wildcard PTSD.
No mystics had to be here. Makes sense and is just another piece of the 1000 pts of egyptian death waiting for you.
This does make me wish we had a pantheon set. Greek/Roman, Norse, Egyptian... What other Pantheons are fleshed out, so-to-speak, in Marvel and DC? Hmmmm....
Sorry back to the dial. The special power might need some wording work. Maybe should say, "Opposing characters within range with no action tokens cannot be given actions as FREE" or just "cannot be given FREE actions."
And here are the sprinkles for the sundae. Is Nephys going to put your team over the top? Not really, but the compounding effects will only bring you joy and your opponent shame.
I like how appropriately KO themed his power set is - from the special power to the SS ta. So thematic.
Overall, I like how by themselves, the Ennead are modestly opponents in isolation, but with the stat boast and the ta shenanigans just solidify this team so much, I would love to see them take on the WXM PF5 at around 1000 pts. My monies on the Ennead.
Nice leadership effect by removing an action token when the TA triggers. And i really love the mission objective power. One question on the wording is, does the +1 bonus need a time limit, like 'until the end of the turn' or something?
Perplex as the tactical advantage is a great use of the power and keeps him from looking like the standard old leader with this gray boots on and some secondary attacking ability. This guy comes with good leadership support and mid-level values, but he will be able to keep the suppressing fire on with his mobility range and the fact that he'll be giving a +1 to attack for focus fire. Himself included.
Sometimes even a seemingly modest design as this one would appear can actually be a masterwork piece if you're paying attention.
One of the things that I love so much about your Sentinel's set was how well you translated the cards into the clix. You are able to make the character play like their deck plays. This is no easy feat, and yet you pull it off so beautifully.
I recently introduced my two oldest kids (13 and 11) to clix. We've been big fans of Sentinels since before Shattered Timelines dropped. The oldest started talking about designing a 'clix dial for Sentinels, and I told him about your set. He showed me some of his ideas for Tachyon. I then showed him your Tachyon, and he said, "That's exactly Tachyon."
Anyway, you've done it with the Ennead. None of the Ennead are particularly troublesome on their own, but they compound on each other so effectively. Your clix do the same thing. Who do you take out first? What's that going to cost you to do that? Who are you ignoring in order to take that one character out? These are questions the deck makes you ask, and it will be questions playing this team will make you ask. A 9 character team in 300 is pretty much unheard of these days, and yet I think the Ennead would do just fine.
I look forward to seeing the rest of FILTER. I've only played against Sgt. Steel's deck a couple of times - I'm not a huge Vengeance style fan - but the dial feels right. Furthermore, that "Mission Objectives" power is chef's kiss.
