Not sure if the smaller creature is Pogo/Phineus or Nr. 5? But guess agree with Rokk that Phineus makes more sense.

It refers to the saviour as a “notably smaller creature”, not human / person.
Pogo is fully named Dr Phineus Pogo and he looked after the family, in a way. It just seems most fitting.

Are there multiple men who wear trench coats in this show?

Also do we know who the man with the strange face is?

Trenchcoat could be Klaus (Number 4) I guess. Though he's more of a robe type of guy.

So Hazel and Cha Cha were the duo that the Time Agency sent after Five when he escaped from them to warn his siblings (the Umbrella Academy) about the impending apocalypse. They were sent so that the apocalypse could happen as intended.

Expected scum would be those opposed to the Umbrella Academy.

So, from the TV show, the Time Bureau (I should look up what they're actually called), H&C, the Swedes,

Lila's part of the TB but she's also a sibling of a sort. So if she's here, she could be neutral or what I would call misguided scum. I don't think she would be fully town.

I guess I'll just be up front with this. I got info that a character is not human. How weary should we be of that player? My wiki reading has found me that A.J. is a villian and Pogo, and obvious town. Are there others that we'd expect? If not I'd feel confident sharing who the player is, as a 50/50 scum rate is high.

Not human could also include Mother, so I guess it depends really.
