"It seems Batman's time had come, but now the hour of Clock King is at hand!" the Clock King declared.

"It mus be the second hand," Black Widow said, "because that's all the time you have left." She zapped him with her sting.

"I think your clock must be running fast, because I'm here for a long time to come," Clock King said, ducking the Vision's follow up attack.

The Ray also comes in. Kinda a JLAer but not really. RS to F8 on Falc, Redwing, Vizh. Rolls 6. Zee: 7. Falcon ss: 4. RW ss: 5. Vizh imperv: 4. Sadly precision strike can have only one target so Redwing is safe. 4 to Falcon.

Remember that Ray has KC ta, so you have to roll for any attempts at ranged attacks. Not that it mattered.

"Vision," Falcon says, "Are you ready for anything?".

"I suspect we have to be," the Vision offers. The pair she Starfire and Supergirl flying in, both knowing the writing is on the wall. Both stand honorably as they watch each other fall.

KC is worded such that it works like Super Senses, not Shape Change ("When this character would be hit...this character evades the attack") so if Widow had hit the Ray, then I would have rolled for KC

But backing you up on your math. Vision's got 3 Damage, is on Invulnerable. Starfire's Damage is 4, so she'd only do 2 to Vision after Invulnerable, which leaves him on his last click, unless you can fix that.
