It's hard to say who's the bigger threat, Iceman or Kong. Well, Iceman at least will have to clear next turn, where Kong is ready to go, so that'll be the decider.

He charges to EF13,14 and quakes. Gets 8. Cable: 9. Longshot: 7. So that would affect Cable, Bucky, DP, Dani, Longshot. Left to right: Cable's fine. 2 to Longshot, kb to B13 for 1 more. DP SS: 1, he's out. Bucky takes 2, kb to F10. Dani's on invulnerable, she's gold.

That was one of those turns where I could see it coming, but there wasn't a damn thing I could do about it.

Spider-Man Perplexes Kong's DV-1. Break to Side? 3. Break to move? 1. Fine. Attacks Iceman, AV10 on DV19. Gets 11. Immortus's 4 can't help but his regular PC can. Rerolls and 11, but Blades is only 1. Now that's just cruel, dice gods.
Cable on Kong, AV11 on DV18. Gest 6. Longshot 5. Cable 6.
Longshot Sides to D14, tries his hand. AV10 on DV18. Gets 8. 2 +6. Uses a rally to change the 5 to a 2. Blades is 5. Impervious is 6.
AFFE Wolverine in. Xorn TKs him to D12
Wolverine Flurries on Kong, AV12 on DV18. Gets 8. Impervious is 1. 2 to Kong. Second atatck 11, Impervious is 5.
Wolverine saves me from a complete shutout of a turn. 2 to Kong
I expected far worse. I'm almost disappointed not that I want to lose Kong.
Kong re-quakes. 5. Immortus uses his 4 to make it 8. Cable prefers 7. Longshot likes 7, too. He does 3 damage but unlike when he's elevated, it's not penetrating. So potentially he hits Cable, Longshot, Logan, Dani. 1 to Cable, kb to B11, Longshot SS: 3, he's out, 2 to Logan kb to A9, Dani SS: 2, takes 1. I think I missed his 3 damage last turn.
PO to D14 to block Longshot.

I tried, man, but the dice have had it out for me last couple days. Not *quite* bad enough to call it a full slump, but definitely a lot of turns where I had to work really had just to get one or two meager hits.
cable WP - 4
All right let's see if my dice will allow me anything decent this turn. Wolverine charges back to E12 on Kong, AV11 +1 on DV18. Gets 7. Impervious is 4. All that does is get him to his Stop Click. But that's not nothing.
Winter Soldier Sides to E10 on Kong, Av10 +1 on DV18. Gets 6. Cable makes it 10. Impervious is 1. There we go. That's the KO.
Moonstar to E15
Boom-Boom Sides to H12, shoots at the Police Officer, AV10 on DV16. Gets 9. Just 1 to him after Toughness.
Spider-Man Perplexes Iceman's DV-1, just in case. Break to side 1. Break to move? 5. Just goes to E14 to block Kong.
Going to bring in Warlock, just for fun. He Phases to A11, Perplexes Cable's DV+1. In doing so Warlock can choose one of the powers on Cable's Dial to use. He will take PC this turn
Kong KOd and blocked. 1 to Police Officer. Cable's DV is +1
"Allow self to help self-friends!" Warlock said, joining Wolverine and Winter Soldier in attacking Kong. With all their efforts combined, they managed to finally bring down the giant gorilla.
Iceman hss to H14 on Logan and Bucky. Gets 6. That would hit and ko Bucky but you have pcers in range. Bobby needs 7 or better to hit and Immortus is sitting on a 5.
Ok, so Bucky is koed, Iceman ends in his spot to block. I know I'm not doing Bobby any favors but like I said before, I thought he was better than he is.
Kingpin rolls for a new guy. 3. Immortus will use his 5 there to make it happen.
Magneto RS to G19 on Warlock, I guess. SC is 3. Gets 7. He's out of PC range so takes 3.
I'll take King Arthur here. I had planned to align him with Thor's group, just felt right, but there's no shared keywords (though there should be). For now he sits put.
