Fine, then. Goal #2. Saturn Girl's MC. Plastic Man will attack her. AV9 against DV14, so he needs a 5. Gets an 8. Destiny will use her PC I assume. Gets a 9. Scarlet Witch will use hers. And the re-re-roll is a 4. There you go. Your double PC plan succeeded.

Troia threw a punch at the woman in front of her. Then another and another. None of them connected

Plastic Man meanwhile made an attempt to hit Saturn Girl, his hand formed into a giant hammer.
Quietly, the Scarlet Witch said, "I think not," and summoned a hex. Without warning a large chunk fell from the ceiling right onto Plastic Man's hand, pinning it to the ground.
"Ooh, that'll leave a mark," he said. "At least it would if I weren't made entirely of Silly Putty."

Yeah it's an odd but interesting match. Was curious to see how it would work out.

Move #1: Mordru vs. Toad. Saturn Girl will perplex his damage to 3. Needs 5, rolls 7. 3 clicks to Toad.

Move #2: Saturn Girl will possess Plas. Needs 6, rolls 10. He's possessed. Now he rolls to attack Toad. (I don't know if I can use his perplex to add damage, you'll let me know, I'm sure). He needs a 3, rolls 8. 1 click to Toad.

Plastic Man tiptoes toward Saturn Girl. He looks at Toad and puts a big finger up to his lips, "Shhhh....be vewy quiet, I'm hunting wabbits."

Toad rolls his eyes in disgust, distracted by Plastic Man's actions long enough to be hit by Mordru.

He gets up from the ground with his chest smoking. "Looks like an owie, chum" Plas says, "Need a hand?" Predictably a large palm moves to pick up Toad. At that moment Saturn Girl mind controls the Justice Leaguer. His open hand, turning into a fist. Toad can only look above and say, "Uh oh" before Plastic Man pounds him.

Moments later Plastic Man is released by the mental thrall. "Bwwwwww" he shakes his head and see Toad, who limps away suspiciously. "Hmmm..some people just don't know how to play with others" he says.

Now I'm confused. The whole reason I realized I had Mordru and Saturn Girl in the wrong squares is because you yourself pointed out the Toad couldn't attack Mordru. But if Mordru's in M8 and Saturn Girl's in L8 and Plastic Man's in L9, that shouold certainly block any kind of LoF Mordru would have.

I think Saturn Girl should be able to use Plastic Man's Perplex, so 2 clicks to Toad is good. I'll assume Mordru's going to attack Plastic Man instead, since he's Mordru's only legal target, so Plas will take the 3 points intended for Toad.

I'll have Toad attack Saturn Girl. AV7 against DV14. Needs a 7. Three times. First roll misses with a 5, so all that PC is superfluous.

Sandman will move to J7.

Toad aimed a high kick at Saturn Girl, but she was expecting something of the sort, and was ready for it. Her flight ring took her safely out of harm's way. Toad hissed in anger.

Sandman meanwhile bobbed and weaved, trying to see past Troia. "Aw come on!" he complained. "I can't see anything from back here!" Finally he just gave up and slid up nest to Troia.

Ok in post #36 Toad couldn't have reached Mordru but he could get to Saturn Girl. By the same token Mordru could only reach Plastic Man NOT Toad so I screwed up there. You're right in your assessment.

Move #1: Mordru will attack Plastic Man. Needs 1, rolls 7. He's down.

Move #2: Scarlet Witch will attack Toad. Saturn Girl will perplex her damage to 2. Needs 3, rolls 6. 2 clicks to Toad

She laughs, "Sure thing." Suddenly Toad finds himself weakened in deep spasm.

Mordru assaults Plastic Man with a knockout hit. "Excellent team, we're gotten first blood!"

Troia's going to attack Destiny. AV7 on DV13. She'll need a 6. Gets a 9. Presumably you'll want a reroll on that. Reroll is an 8. Scarlet Witch doesn't have LoF to Troia, so that's a hit. Destiny will get a Super Senses roll. Failing that, she'll take 4 from Troia's CCE for the KO. I'm going to clear Toad and Sandman, so since I'm done anyway, I'll let you roll for her SS.

Wanda remembers her days in the Brotherhood. Toad teased and provoked her endlessly. His crush on her was borderline psychotic. It gives her strength to finish him off.

She parts her arms and Toad grabs his sides, as if in internal agony. His clothing starts to tear and he rolls around on the ground.

Wanda's eyes are incredibly focused. It takes Saturn Girl's mental cooersion to make the Scarlet Witch desist. By that time, Toad is long unconscious.

Okay, so now I've lost Toad, too. And I'm in a bad position to do anything useful this turn.

Sandman'll move to K7.

Troia clears.
