You are correct, as verified by Psylockelover, it is clear elevated terrain. There is a ladder leading up to it (As you stated).

About the house
Logically its a roof top.

Question 1
I played a game where the house is considered elevated with sloping roofs. Hence T8 cannot see R 8. (Trying to be realistic).

Is the house single or multiple elevation ???

single elevation. Things are either elevated or grounded... no other types.

The D20 and 21 have blocking lines around them. I never quite know how to handle them, but I normally treat them like little rooms with blocking terrain around them... but that is probably not right.
