We both have about 40-50 points left. Do you want to fudge that a little and allow a Batman TV character as the last draft? Looks like most of the characters are coming in at the 45-65 point range, so they'd only be over a couple points. Say 65 max?

MODOK will be in next for me. As good a candidate as any for my last Fortitude. He will RS to R6, attacking Destroyer, AV11 on DV17 (he cleared last turn. No tokens, no Shellhead bonus). Gets an 8. 4 to him with Psy Blast.

Blue Beetle RS to K6 on Destroyer. AV11 on DV17, also gets 8. That's going to KO the Destroyer with 3 more Penetrating.

Mandarin takes a token from Fury, makes his AV11 on Colossus, DV17 +1. Gets 11. With Colossus Invincible, he takes half the Damage, or 1.

Replacements Cerise in for MODOK and Egghead replaces Ray. Heightened Reflexes and Compel on them. (Now does Egghead count as using up the last of my points or is he free? I proposed the former, but it sounded like you countered with the latter.
