While working on a very monotonous project, I had to take a break. Luckily I had some stuff I could throw together quickly to recharge and get back to the project. So here are my diversionary tab-app reworks. I have more I'll be doing. Funny how the DC Tab App stuff has just gotten almost strait sculpt swaps. Marvel is getting all the somewhat heavy lifting.

It depends on the type of action used. The only one restricted is a power action.

Can the character using Support remove a token from themselves as one of the three characters? It doesn't say other adjacent friendly characters.

It doesn't say other because you cannot be adjacent to yourself.
