I went to a very conservative Christian college during the days when the WWJD thing was all the rage.

My fraternity had some WWJD shirts made up, but then it said "Who Wants Jack Daniels?" with an accompanying cartoon picture portraying such a scene.
The unfortunate part was that none of us had any artistic talent. The people were literally stick figures, but even then they were drawn so poorly it looked like a bunch of drunken children.



Also, hamloaf is the greatest food in the world when made properly. I've also found that when it isn't made properly it can induce nightmares worse than Cthulu.
Hamloaf is a staple at funeral dinners. As insensitive as this may sound, the hamloaf is often so good that losing a loved one is worth it.

In a way, the "WWJD" can be combined with your desire for hamloaf --

it depends - if they are forcing people to pick boosters and adding a bunch of crap, its going to suck. if they are just doing gencon like brs with new maps (and they don't f up distribution), it should be ok.

I'm thinking more in terms of rampant collusion.

There's one venue in our area that Harpua and I have played at a couple times where if you are one of "their" players, they will openly and unapologetically gang up on you.

I #### you not, I had a game there where literally every single other player agreed to work together against me (in a game with 8+ players.)

And when it's played out over multiple events, there's even more potential for ugliness.

I'm still confused as to how this SLOP is supposed to work. You pick pro- or anti-registration and only buy boosters from that "side"? Or one wave will be only pro-reg and another wave will be only anti-reg?

I don't recall playing at any Canadian venues with you.

I don't see the con formula working well with the snake draft aspect.
The guy who pulls the 6-armed Ultron very well may draft his team and bolt. This is, imo, much more likely with these limited releases.
