"It's impolite to use a bow and arrow, son," Abraham Lincoln tells Trick Shot as he disables his weapon in his ghostly form. "In our great war between the states we fought with muskets with bayonets. Real men weaponry."

"Great. Let me go back 150 years and get one of those...in the meantime my feet will do," Trick Shot tries kicking Lincoln away forgetting his ghostly form.

"For shame," Kang says, "Attacking a national hero like that. You don't deserve to be here. I'll remedy that." He pulls out his pistol and finishes him off.

He turns to Lincoln and hands him a musket. "Here you go, Mr. President. I went back to the battlefield of Antetiam to get you this. With my advanced tech, you can even use in it your ghostly form."

"I appreciate the sentiment, Sir. But if I can be honest," Abe says, "I'd rather have one of those contraptions you have. Like the one you used on the arrow fella. That looks to be mighty effective."

"I'm afraid you blow yourself up and half of our team," Kang says, "Let's stick with the musket for now."

"Is it me or is it incredibly weird seeing Kang chat with Lincoln like they're old pals," Jean says.

"He's a time traveler, Jean," Magneto says, "And a man of many alternate selves. Maybe they are."

Yikes. I meant to write a little blurb giving Lincoln something to say in case he's taken out and instead I get enough chat to be its own story.

That's Red Hood in C12. Trick Shot is way back in F6. Your rolls are high enough to hit him, but since he's got Toughness first click, Magneto's attack's only for 2. 3 from Kang won't quite KO him. You can probably do something to salvage that though.

Oops. Mixing up one stealthy ranged dude with another. Sorry about that.

Starting over as we should in these cases when the wrong piece with attacked. Magneto ports to attack RH then using the ho under him. Needs 7, rolls 6. Phoebe makes it 7. I'll save Abe and Kang's pc, heaven knows I may need it.

Magneto tries again using his free scrap metal tokens for attacks. Gets 5 and 7. So glad I wasted that.

Kang then. Jean tks him as before. Needs 6, rolls 9. Now I've got a hit. 3 to RH.

Since I won't be koing him this turn Abe simply tries to incap him and WS4. Needs 5, rolls 6. RH makes it 3. Lincoln makes it 7. A token/click to RH, token to WS4.

"You're not." the ghostly Confederate drew his cavalry sabre and lunged at the president. Abe sidestepped and only took a small cut on his arm.
