Well he took a punch from Gladiator and looked at him with that all you got
The only reaosn he lost his arm was a of a transporter/portal thingie cutting it off trying to save soemeone

The fig I like best that combines the strength, toughness and range abilities is Frankenstein from Arkham Asylum.

Anarky is one of my favorite figures.

He definitely fits with the Cry for Justice guys. Though story posting I think he and Ollie will have lots of the same ideas just taken to different conclusions--especially since Ollie would been seen as a sellout who is now part of the system. A Hal and Lonnie fight could be story posting gold.
