This is another thing we need to work on in updating the AST definition. The definition is unclear, but would lean to no. HOWEVER, these kinds of things have always been ruled to be yes. So as commissioner, I will say yes Leo gets an AST.

For this map, is the area on the top from A through D elevated?

It looks as if it should be but I can't say for certain since there is no red or normal stairs there to designate it as such.

Looking at all the old maps in the rogue system it would be red outlines if it were elevated so i would say no
