Not to presume to speak for jeff, but push damage was not the problem with nova blast.

Actually I think that was one of the problems because before indomidable people could avoid the damage from useing the feat, though it's stil pretty nasty even with the damage.

As for the rarity I think it suks to have one fig on a team at SR.

If I understand vapors power you can do the smokecloud replacement part and then poison. That's pretty neat.

With the watchmen push back. Is lsom going to push back their tournaments further or are you sticking withe 21st

Just built my team for Sunday. Using a figure I haven't used in years. The vets aren't going to remember it and some of the newbs have never seen it. Advantage RPW.

And funny enough, it's a pretty good Lantern worthy team, and I wasn't even trying for that. Something to playtest against or something to now use. hhhmmmmmm.....

If anyone is interested in making a little extra cash, now is a good time to move figs on eBay. The prices have gone up for highly playable / elite figures. Both for auctions and BINs. On average a $4-6 increase on most figs, some even higher. Assuming because everyone is gearing up for GenCon. The prices will come back down after worlds, possibly even below they were about 2 months ago and set a new low.

9 Days until the Chase for Lanterns. E-Sleazy says he has all his teams built. I'm sure they'll change before the big day. His big disadvantage, no Dungeon sessions. Mine are locked in and all playtested. Just need to run them a few more times to get a good feel for them.

For those who don't go to Battlezone, you are going to be in for a big surprise. The teams that are fielded from that group are going to be alot better than Chase for Throg. Thanks to some friendly coaching from HBK, Dustin, and myself. They are going to upset some veterans and prevent them from making the Top 4. Who knows, it might be an all BZ Top 4. :speechles

I'm still trying to hammer one team out, for some reason, it just won't go the way I want it to.

Don't count out the dark horses just yet. I can only speak for myself, but I'm fielding one team dubbed 'The Confidence Killer' and it lives up to the name. At the very least, it will raise eyebrows.

I have my team for sun and it's centered on a fig I have never used before.

So Rolland is bringing a fig out of retirement that he has not used in years that's chase worthy?

My team for Sunday is also ready but there is nothing special besides a couple of new figs. Everyone knows them but they are new to me.

HBK, Lucky and myself have been chatting about it a lot. I think it might have gotten lost in the shuffle with the now famous 'Action Comics Debacle of aught-ten'

I would like to thank those who have already submited their teams. Not only does it cut down on the prep time for the match it also helps to give me an estimated headcount of who will be there, so that I can make seating accomidations.
