I think you're underestimating the threat.
Mafia's are typically between 1/4 and 1/3 of the total players, which
would put them between 7 and 10 players.
So far we've only caught 3.

Two reasons for that:
1) I can't mind control the mass populous with the same skill that you can. I paint a target on my head and I die.
2) Mass role claims are kind of against the spirit of the game. Town wants to win...mass role claim...job done.
Why not just do it Day 1, every game?

Sadly, I can't base this on anything concrete. Like I said, I'm working under the assumption that Darq is telling the truth, in which case you are a Time Lord. Under that assumption, a rather large number of people are somewhat in the clear. And at this point, the mafia would have to be a large portion of the remaining people, which includes you.

In your case specifically, your actions around lynches have just been a little too suspiscious for me. Like after DocDoom had been cleared, you suggested voting to lynch him, then said you missed it (which is becoming something of a habit for you), and you said that we should do it anyway, while there were potential better uses for a lynch.

I have nothing concrete, and this is mostly guesswork and feelings, but at this point we have nothing else to go on.

Which means we have a race only.
The only contribution he made at any point was when he was being voted
for, at which point he was saying "Maybe the Doctor is a bad guy".
Considering his (among others) lack of voting is part of why we had no
lynch for something like 5 days, it would not have been such a great loss
in exchange for some information regarding the validity of Darq's info.

And I haven't been able to keep notes as effectively since my PC died
and I'm relegated to my laptop.
I haven't got Excel or even Word on it.

And on top of that, I was away on Holiday for the first week of the game,
and didn't even have access to my laptop.

While it's true you don't want mass roleclaims - due to the spirit of the game - there's also a point where it doesn't hurt to start clearing up some confusion, especially when the Mafia has the Town on the ropes. Even then you don't have -everyone- claim.

In your case though NotYou, you're under suspicion so I think it's justifiable to have a claim from you, but in the meanwhile...

I'm not so much under suspicion, as I am just a name that
someone's picked at random.
If I was mafia, I'd just claim 5th Doctor to weed him out.
If I was the Master, I'd just try to sell out Davros.
As it is, anything else I'd claim wouldn't mean anything to
pretty much anyone but you, but would still make me a target
for the mafia.
You really ought to throw your accusations around more
responsibly.
Yesterday, your only post was to say:

And people just blindly followed (myself included).
For the first time in the game, enough people to form a
natural lynch actually dragged themselves into action.

to a lynch on him.

There is literally no-one else who could openly play the
focal point of the town, and there is no-one else who has
chosen to openly play their character.
Except the 3rd Doctor...and look at the kill attempts on him.
