I noticed that MSN has a list of the top 50 scariest movies of all time. 1932's "The Mummy" actually makes the list at #23. It is important to note that 1961's "Curse of the Werewolf" beats out the Mummy at #19.
I have an issue with the list as "The Thing" is only at #22.
Top 10:
10. Carrie
9. The Exorcist
8. The Shining
7. Nosferatu
6. Repulsion (Never heard of this one. 1965)
5. Night of the Living Dead
4. The Bride of Frankenstein (Really? #4?)
3. Halloween
2. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre
1. Psycho

I have seen a total of 2 of the top 50.
(not a scary movie fan)
So I played with and against 300 point Black Adam last night...with at 1000 pts and against at 800. We both had a couple feats on him, but they never factored in.
What I feel about Black Adam right now is the usual problem with bricks with no push protection - they are too slow to get into things. If the opposing player works quickly to wittle away at his support, or counters his support's powers and his Outwit you can control what he's doing more or less.
The game I played against him is the only game he took any damage, and the total damage he took was 3 clicks. However, he KO'd 53 points against me. In the game where I played him, he just wrecked a couple of guys and gals and KO'd Norman Osborn...and that was because my opponent refused to Mastermind.
All in all, he's not bad, but I think i will enjoy playing 300pt Superman better overall, and I don't feel like my Crisis Black Adam is obsolete.

I'd say that Psycho and TBoF shouldn't really be on there, or at least not that high. Psycho has always resonated with me more as a suspense/thriller than horror.
Definitely agreed with NOTLD and TCM. TCM especially is more of a subtle mind-!@#$ than many give it credit for.
Longest-Reigning Drunken HeroClix Champion - anyone got a liver?

I agree. If I play Black Adam, it will be at his 100 point level because he just isn't good for 300, he's average at 200, and he's playable at 100. Just not a dial design I care for in the least. I also just finished painting my Superman into his new 52 costume. Repainting the shield on his back was tough since I'm a novice, but I got it done.
I have this weird mental block when it comes to playing against that guy. It's like I sit down across from him and I just start making all the worst decisions.
That's what happens in general when you play against me too!

I would agree on the latter part, but keep in mind that films like Psycho are being rated against their piers on the time they were released. At the time it was by far the scariest thing out there.
The oddest part of the list is that Hostel II is on the list but not the original.
