Two weeks ago 60 Minutes did a piece on Ohio as an important swing state. Last week they aired highlights from the mail bag of people commenting on the report.

What was shown was basically....
"Nice report, you hacks. Your bias towards Clinton was certainly showing."
"Way to spend an entire segment pushing for Trump."

Now, they only showed a few of what was probably many pieces of correspondence. It could very well have been that the two letters shown saying that they favored XXXX were the only two of hundreds.

That said, I do see a trend of people having confirmation bias all over the place with this topic.

And in other news, the sun rose in the east today.

I agree with all of this. Including me hating everyone being a well-known fact.

We've had some kids work here part-time while they were in high school, so at least in this area, there doesn't seem to be an age requirement.

It's an okay job. I wasn't planning on doing it as long as I have, but once I got on the night shift, I've found that's really convenient for me personally since it keeps my days free for when I have to take my grandma to doctor's appointments and such. It's definitely not what I want to do for the rest of my life, but I've certainly worked worse jobs.

Really, the worst thing is when you have to deal with a guest that's just an #######, but you get that in any job where you have to work with the public.

Waldorf Salad!

I saw Dr. Strange last night. I thought it was a good movie (but not great).

X-Wing night! Skip dinner, jwb is bringing pizza.

That's about how I felt. Not the best Marvel Movie but not the worst by any means. A bit too obvious in parts but his story had to be told (not many non-comic readers will know who the heck he is). I would have liked some passage of time montage for his training (it felt a little short from the movie perspective). Effects & make-up were pretty awesome!

I am trying not to pay much attention to the critics of this movie because as William Penn said, "Right is right, even if everyone is against it, and Wong is Wong, even if everyone is for it."

He may be wong!
