Wiccan outwits WS' toughness and boosts Delia's av to 11. 12 for being next to her sis. Delia to break to side? 3. Attacks WS. Needs 7 but I have plenty of chances, rolls 9. 2 to Bucky.
Creel charges to K13 attacking the-Flash. SC is 1. Needs 6, rolls 7. Saarek is just out of range to pc. SS is 2. KOs him.
Penguin robot dupe to L14 to block. Outwits Saarek's pc.
Ironically, considering how poorly I'm doing in some of the other games, that this one, where I need to do less well, the die Gods work with me.

Penguin Outwits ESD on his Robot Dupe and attacks him, AV10 on DV17. I guess I should be using the 300 point rule. Kind of been forgetting about that. Gets 2,6,1. Enough for a KO.
Morro Outwits Invincible on Creel. Attacks him. AV11 on DV17. Gets 4. Saarek's PC is back to make it a 5.
Power Princess Sides to S19, tries to Regenerate. Rolls 2, so she's only up 1.
Winter Soldier Flurries on Deidre first. AV10 on DV17. Rolls 2,6,3. SS is 1, so 3 to her.
Second Flurry on Delia. Rolls 6 on that one.
Peggy Charges to N20 on Delia. AV12 on DV17. Gets 8. Songbird makes it 8 again. SS is 6.
Becky, CCE on Deidre. All into her AV for a 13 on DV16 +2. Rolls 5,5,2 for a KO.
Larfleeze, WOL guy. If I'm going to force the 500 point rule, I may as well go big. Bat-Man TKs him to R17.
Larfleeze on Absorbing Man, AV11 on DV17. Gets 5. Bat-Man makes it 11. He's on a light object, which doesn't grant him SS, or anything for that matter, so he will take 4.

"A robot replicant of myself? I don't know whether to be flattered or outraged," the Penguin said. "I believe I shall choose outraged as the more useful reaction," he added shooting the robot and blowing it up.
"These two are trouble," Winter Soldier concluded.
"You got that right," one of the Dee Dees said.
"Nothing we can't handle," Peggy said. She and Becky joined Winter Soldier in taking on the Dee Dees, knocking one out and wounding the other.
"Your mace, it looks crude, but if it has your power, it is unique in all the universe. And so I must have it," Larfleeze said, zapping Absorbing Man with orange light.
"Over my dead body," Creel said.
"That is an acceptable condition," Larfleeze said.
The 500 point rule isn't supposed to be something we strive for but rather something to make us balanced for a bit. In my mind the goal shouldn't be to GET to the 500 points variance but to lower the gap. Then again, what's the advantage to that? Hmmmm.....
You're right, I was misreading Creel's info. No bonus for him. I like the guy but he's not easy to play.
So I'm in a tough spot.
Wiccan outwits Peggy's defend.
First, Machinesmith makes a robot dupe of Peggy. She ports to N18 attacking ALO. Needs 4 + 2, rolls 2. Songbird makes it 10.
That annoyance is out. For all of a minute.
Songbird on Peggy. Needs 8, rolls 6. 7 for Wiccan.
Deidre on Peggy. Needs 9, rolls 4. Side? 5.
Peggy robot defends Deidre.
I can't really get Creel into action, he'll move to I13.
Machine boosts Creel's dv another + 1.

In fact, I was wrong about Absorbing Man. My apologies. "Absorbing Man can use the corresponding powers and abilities until you choose again. " Too Much Text Syndrome. So you can keep using the powers he's got now until you eventually decide to change it.
I know the 500 point rule is supposed to keep us from getting too far apart, but sometimes, when I was likely to be going over 500 points anyway, sometimes the investment in a more powerful figure works in the long term as I can do more with them. Sometimes.
Also based on positioning, your Peggy KOd Becky, not the Orange Lantern. Which means, the Construct can Poison Dee Dee for 1. Not that it's likely to make a difference.
So...what can I do here? Without pushing? Only so much. First, Power Princess on Peggy Pog (how's that for alliteration?) AV10 on DV19. Gets 12. Well, I won't knock it, and I did need to roll high, but on a pog?
Winter Soldier Flurries on Dee Dee, AV10 on DV16 +2. Gets 7, then 4. Saarek PCs it to 7.
The Orange Lantern on Dee Dee. AV9 on DV16 +2. Gets 5.
Larfleeze makes a second Lantern Absorbed. Sides to O19. It tries for Dee Dee. Gets 8. Would have worked for Winter Soldier, but I needed a 9 here.
See how much more effective I am for bringing in an expensive guy? I KO'd one whole pog. And dealt 1 whole click of Poison!

"Two Peggies? This isn't right," Power Princess said. "Fortunately I have been keeping a close eye on the battle and I know which one just showed up." She threw her shield and cleaved the head of the robot duplicate right off.
The other Peggy stood agape for a moment. "What if you had been wrong?"
I neglected to point it out on my last turn, though I meant to. Deidre did get hit once in Winter Soldier's Flurry in Post 619 for 3, which you seem to have missed. A poison last turn would have put her at 4. If you attack the Lantern with her the push KOs her. (Of course if you don't the Poison also KOs her at the start of my turn, so maybe you're okay with that, at least that way she takes someone with her.)
I figure at this point where you're looking to close the gap anyway, you won't mind the KO, but your call how you want to handle it. You can replace on your turn before I go, or you can leave the Lantern and let me finish her off with the Poison on mine. Or maybe you can save her somehow.
