I'll be getting my Hound's Tooth in Armada instead. After playing it this weekend, I've concluded that it's the space combat game I've been wanting for years.

I'm definitely going to want a playmat for it, though, becauses it's way too easy to accidentally bump the models and knock them out of position.

So I've heard. Two words... baby oil.

Going to have to get both, I am enjoying Armada, but it badly needs wave 1. Kind of tired of playing the same stuff over and over...

I'm glad I didn't buy heavily into X-Wing (just a core set I got on sale) because Armada is a lot closer to the idea I had in my head for a while about the kind of space game I wanted to play. I like that it has more of a naval feel than X-Wing and a very different sense of scale. And I love me some Star Destroyers.

I got 2 core sets of Armada, so I'll probably hold off on buying the duplicate Wave 1 ships for a while, but I plan on getting the Gladiator and Assault Frigate as soon as possible, and probably 1 of each fighter expansion.

Then I'm going to see if anyone wants to trade me more TIE Interceptors for some of the extra standard TIEs I'll have, because I'd much rather have more interceptor squadrons to round out my fleet than 14 squads of basic TIEs.

I'm for sure getting Hound's Tooth, escaping destruction in a Headhunter will be most amusing, and Bossk is cool.



I watched the 1st episode of DD, I liked it, Haven't got around to watching more yet.


Is the Flash new tonight?
