Honestly, the internet rarely solves my problems, because 99 times out of 100 political news pops up like "Hey, guess who did what now!" and Facebook specifically is like "Here's all your Trump-y, Pro Life-y, and generally BS-filled friends first!"

And I apologize if anyone here is Pro-Life or a Trump supporter, but...ok, I'm not that sorry. If I pissed you off, whatever. You piss me off.

I do not deal with politics or religion on facebook. If someone crosses a line they get removed, don't care which party or affiliation.

I de-friended my dad on facebook because of his overly political BS, I do not need that added stress in my life.

During the last election cycle I went from several hundred 'friends' to 148, and 3 of those are in danger of getting booted.

I've never had over 100 friends in the history of my Facebook. I just don't know a lot of people.

I'm the guy that responds to crazy posts (political, medical, whatever) with links to snopes or other fact sites. I hurt people's feelings. Sometimes I feel like doing what Norym does, just drop them and step away. However, one of my favorite cousins told me that she appreciates what I'm doing, so I'm still doing it for now.

I did this to a couple people and it led to messages and angry phone calls and I was done. Those people that are that firmly entrenched are not going to listen to logic or reason are not worth my time.
