I'm so confused. I just got a pm from someone that said this:

I don't recall talking to this person before last night, and I'm really surprised to hear that I supposedly drove someone away from the Ogre threads "awhile back" considering that I didn't even post in those threads at all until very recently, and I still don't post in them that often.

And I just searched through every Ogre thread that I've ever posted in (I'm anal like that) and there was only one thread in which this user also posted, in which said person popped in, made one comment, and said "back to my self-imposed exile."

So I'm pretty sure this is a case of mistaken identity, since I don't see how I can be responsible for an exile that started before I began posting.

Apparently the phrase "self-imposed exile" comes up more on those threads than I thought, because that's actually not the post I was referring to.

Back in my day, the internet was full o' tough men who could take a little verbal abuse.
