Has Looker never been made!? That is annoying. I was noticing she was missing from the original lineup, but I had hoped she had been made in the past. Hopefully, SoG will fix this.

I was really hoping that this Batman set would include her, particularly if she got her weird pink and white glittery top early costume, long before the vampire storyline, and way before that vampire storyline was turned into some overtly dark sexual vampirism ala Stackhouse/Blake/Twilight.

Another OUtsider from that Barr era who never has been made is Atomic Knight. He wasn't original, but he did come along as a member of several storylines.

During the post-Crisis era of Batman, it was revealed why Batman had the yellow in the bat symbol on his chest. Why?

In preparation for any possible attack from a Green Lantern, when they were still ineffective against the color yellow.

Yeah, I was vaguely recalling that reason also, I just can't recall if it was in a comic, on a show, a writer interview, or what-not. Makes sense though. I'm amazed at how rarely a guy shoots for his 100% exposed and vulnerable jaw and mouth area, even though Bats has been hit many times over the years in his body armored area. Doesn't the underworld have any sort of effective grapevine for the exchange of TTPs?

It was revealed in a comic. I want to say it was in his fight with the Grim Reaper that the villain shot him in the chest, but I'm not sure if it was there or another comic. I remember it well, because I always thought it was funny that Bats had a bright target on his chest.
