Apparently I have 99 days of paternity leave left. Now that I have a job maybe I should start thinking about what to do with them...

99 days of paternity leave, 99 days off work! Take one out, play with the kid, 98 days of paternity leave!

My 6 weeks of paternity were awesome. Too short, but awesome

So were my 6 months. And I still have 99 days left. Some of them will be needed for sick days and when the daycare is closed, but still...

I think I got... two days of 'paternity'... and I had to use my sick time for it...

I'm in the same boat Peers. Quebbster I kinda understand. Countries outside the US are much more progressive. How Darq got the same amount as my wife did for Maternity is more the question to me.

It's federal, but to make it perfectly clear to our enlightened European friends, you can only take FMLA time *after* you've exhausted all of your paid time off for the year (so no vacations for you) *and* the time is considered unpaid leave.
