I have no idea. I don't understand the listing at all. It's at 11,000 dollars LESS than it was agreed upon. Anyone with real estate knowledge know if the fees aren't included in that price?

I don't like that they put the last sale price on there either. Give it to a buyer if they ask, don't offer it.

This is serious BS, because basically it says that K's property is highly overpriced. I wonder if that is the reason that the real estate agent lowered the price by $11K. I would never want to post my house for sale on a site that automatically low balls my price. Bummer.

You should call the agent and ask that. And ask what a Zestimate is and why it's on there. And ask if they previous sale price can be removed. They are working for you after all.
