It's very sad. It's not a homeless person defecating or someone doing drugs, it's a college boy on the phone screaming and crying because the other person (I think it's a female) is breaking up with him. Very dramatic. At times pathetic. At times heart wrenching.

There was no one actually on the other end of the phone. It's all part of a plan to lure in a good Samaritan. Next thing you know you're in a pit.
In additional to emotional meltdown dude from earlier, there's been...
1) A guy (looks in his late 20's early 30's) who rides up to the building on a bmx bicycle, throws it against the railing, and takes off running. I guess he was running around the building checking doors. He eventually makes it back to my office, and put his hands and face to the window to peer in. I cheerily wave, and he goes to the door and knocks. I ask him what he needs, and he slurs something. Great...he's drunk. Turns out he's some drunk guy looking for his ex that he thinks works here. I have no idea who he is asking for, and he looks like he's about to cry. Adios drunk-ex.
2) I'm on my way to 7-11 when this guy carrying his can of beer (because in Vegas no one seems to care if you have it in a paper bag or not) starts waving to me. I stop, and he comes over to tell me that he's been doing "this" all day. "This" is waving his hand in a circle by his ear - similar to this, but instead of just using one finger, he's letting all 5 get in on the action. He's very proud of himself. I tell him to have a nice weekend.
Since this is a numbered list, there is a chance that Haven might notice this and respond. Because of this, I kept the numbers small and easily manageable.
