No, he's trying to get around adblocker because he feels like people using it are only doing so to avoid donating to the site.

I'm pretty sure that in Thailand they only specialize in partial sex-change operations. We can ask vlad of course, but I'm certain they only do the hermaphrodite thing there. But it's cheap.
