Guide is worse. At least some inventor options are provable, particularly a drag or a kill. Guide is just there. It tends to be a crapshoot in the absence of other evidence.

Based on Morph's behavior, I think he just saw Quebbs targeting Pax on the night Pax was killed. I did not find if anything was substantiated though.

Morph pretty much said this. He admitted that hejumped the gun (although an unfortunate auto correct had him *ahem* humping the gun), and wanted to lynch Quebbs because he saw him targeting Pax.

Could be that Quebbs was making the mafia hit, now that we know he was scum... but then Silver came out that he was the vig and took out Pax.

That is what I read into the situation. And as Roy said, very bad form by Morph for potentially outing the Vig. Now we know Quebbs was scum and Pax was not, so any number of non-friendly powers are a possibility. Pax was killed by a sniper and I looked into Quebbs' character. Not a sniper.
