Routine is the key. Mine go to bed within a 30 minute window most nights and it is actually pretty easy.
Amy and I on the other hand need better sleep habits.
Yeah, the boy is out every night within a couple minutes of lights out at 8pm. He is so funny and cuddly during storytime and songs until lights out that it makes that my favorite time of day.
You on the other hand, are screwing up your wife's plans greatly with your irregular sleep patterns. She wants to slip out after you doze off so often, and evidently the Phenobarbital isn't cutting it like it was when we first all agreed to use on you. Oh well.

You guys are in trouble then.
I only sleep 4 to 5 hours a night.
To sleep a few weeks ago when I was sick, I was taking a codeine cough medicine, NyQuil and 3 ounces of Jack to sleep and was getting up 5 hours later to go to work.

I thought you were meant to take NyQuil & Sudafed?
The combo that's getting attention is Jack and Pedialyte.
Apparently it's considered a hangover remedy in many crowds - cheapest form of concentrated electrolytes you can get.
Probably not intended to be used as a mixer.
thanks for the info- I may substitute Jim Beam for the Jack, but I sure have tons of Pedialyte. I also have a couple dozen Pedialyte popsicles.
Hmmm, pedialyte and whiskey jello shots for breakfast, the day after a hangover? It could be big.
