As long as I'm around, I'll keep carrying the torch. We may just end up running smaller games for a while.

Vorlon20, waloan, ThorKnigh83 and Velius are some of our new blood, so there are still people out there willing to come. We'll keep it going somehow. I mean, SNES Mash Up managed to get 23 players.

Street Fighters managed the same, but it took a lot of begging. I'm not meaning to be negative. I love this board and all the people here. I'm just not sure what new idea we could use to bring more players in. Whatever we think of, though, I'll do whatever I can to help with. New player game?

I've been talking with Chaz about a new game for new players. Magic: The Gathering could be tweaked for that, but I think a cleared theme would be better for new players. The main problem is finding people who will be willing to try out the games.

I think to pull in new players, you should pick a theme that's super popular. maybe even something along the lines of the newest Clix set to come out. Possibly Superman or Hulk for the next new player game. Something smallish, say 12-15 players. Have Hulk/Super and their allies as mafia and the iconic villains as town. Keep it simple, keep it interesting, keep it moving. If you can do that, then whoever plays will likely come back for more. I'd love to help with something like this, but I wouldn't have the time to do a lot more than help design and keep vote counts and whatnot.

Before you ask, yes I have basically been living under a rock for the past week, but what happened to Rokk?

Rokk had to undergo heart surgery. TAK had been keeping everyone up to date on his condition, but I haven't heard anything from TAK since Monday. Rokk's wife texted me on Tuesday, but I haven't heard from her since then either. I am hesitant to try to contact him because his wife asked us not to.

I can do a beginner clix game. I ran Your Favorite Clix and took over GSX. I'm comfortable with the theme of clix (ironic since I no longer play).

I have knocked around the idea... almost like a reverse the town is clients and they have to try to keep there accounts... but there is another mafia trying to make them lose the accounts... lol.

A 35 player game???? Wow, the biggest one I played in was GSX (i think) but id say that was actually about half the size because of all the inactives.

I am thinking of running another Facebook game in the somewhat near future. If anyone has a non-realms friend interested in getting involved, I know that format will work very well.

I had a thought about a game.

What if ,depending on the number of players, everybody was in a mafia and there was no town. But in the rules you tell them there is a town.

say 20 player, 4 mafia, 5 ppl in each mafia

You make it so 2 mafias kills on the first night and other 2 mafias kill on the second night and then have it alternate. And you make it so when ppl die they the show up as town except if they die on the night when its their mafias night to kill.
