As for dinner, I grilled Basa fish fillets and made baked potatoes, broccoli, and canned pineapple.

I don't like broccoli. Also should have gone with fresh pineapple...take the fish fillet, throw in the pinapple, some potatos, zuccini...throw it into a tinfoil tent and bake it...

Fresh pineapple is too expensive for the moment, otherwise I definitely would. I took the juice from the can and used it to baste the fish with some mild cajun seasoning. You recipe sounds good though. Once I get my garden going in a few months, I will have tons of zucchini to try it.

Pineapple is the worst, best not to ruin good basa with it.
