Roy Thomas is coming too! I plan to make him sign this:
It was the FIRST comic that I ever saw of the Justice Society and for me was so epic when I was younger!
I had Dwayne McDuffie sign this for me a few years ago at WWLA. Still hard to believe he's gone.
What was the really cool thing is this was when he was the FF writer, and everyone was just giving him FF comics that he wrote to sign... I think I was the only one that remembered that he did Damage Control way back in the day. We talked for about 15 minutes about comics and how it was a shame "fun" comics like DC weren't being done anymore (and then WW Hulk happens and he does the Damage Control:Aftermath, which was epic).

If you stick to grocery stores/fast food food doesn't cost much. Assuming Philly doesn't have a bunch of parties for you to hit up for free food like SDCC has.
I'll say. I haven't even factored in food cost and I'm already over budget.
Word of advice - get your meals at the Reading Terminal Market that is across the street from the Convention Center. Not only do they have relatively inexpensive meals, but you could shop for healthy stuff to bring back to the hotel.

I may try that. The hotel should provide free breakfast (and I can have sticky fingers when the time calls to be thrifty).
I'll make due because come hell or high water (more likely hell in my case), I will make it that.
My sister's annual birthday/family softball game is June 2nd, and I have to miss it. She scheduled it last week. When I told her I couldn't make it this year, she told me to go to Philly on Friday and come home that night.
Ok so give me your opinion on this idea. It's just a mental exercise for me and It's purely scientific so don't dag it into a religious or political debate please.
I've debated my thoughts on being pro-death before. Our species has the distinct possibility of overpopulating the world so much that our planet cannot sustain us. This of course assumes it hasn't happened already. I mean we just keep expanding like a virus over the Earth, destroying everything in our path. So isn't a little population control a good thing? You know like natural disasters, war, plague, famine, Worthington Industries, etc. Again, not a moral statement, but purely from a survival of the species type view. Should we be less worried about the loss of human lives?

I can bring a small grocery list with me from my local discount grocery store if you'd like. Just pm me a short list of what you'd like and a budget. Greek Yogurt, legumes, etc. We'll settle up when I deliver.
I've decided with much debate to sell my WoS Deadpool ($50), Keeper ($35), and Origins Chase Alfred ($40) as well as my custom Deadpool figure ($20) I had commissioned. I may sell others as well, btu I'm not sure yet. Should I toss up a sale thread or wait til after I bring them with me to WWPhilly?

Do both. If your buyer is attending WW Philly, then shipping = FREE and it's a win-win scenario.
(Wish I had me the $40 for Chase Alfred... )
