Get home to discover water trickling out of my garage because my water heater is leaking. My Monday started early.

Good luck trying to get anyone to fix a water heater. I'm pretty sure that the standard answer is almost always going to be to replace it.

Today I learned we had a panic button in the office. I found this out when I made my first attempt at answering the doorbell (I pushed the wrong thing!). A few minutes later the cops showed up and called asking if we were being held against our will. WHOOPS!!!!
