That was a real good song. I also think that JC looking like old-school JC helps. Now he doesn't look like someone's great aunt. It was neat to see Duff McKagan doing the bass. I didn't recognize the others.
I guess I should watch the video! I just listened to it, while doing other things.
I don't follow much soccer anymore, but isn't Mexico also in the Olympics right now for the men?
Yes they are, but apparently the players at the Olympics are under 23 years of age. So the senior players are playing in the Gold Cup while the youngsters play at the Olympics. They can send I think 3 over 23 athletes to represent them. Also of note, this Olympics the age was raised to 24 to accommodate athletes who were 23 for last summers Olympics.

Absolutely

It might have something to do with the Olympics being a year late.
Wishing for competitive Judge Dredd figures for Modern Age...WizKids are you listening?!?!
Music question to you guys. Is there an album out there where once you listen to the first song or two you just need to listen to the whole album?
Honestly, I like to listen to a whole album to get a perspective on where the artists' heads were at during that time, it makes the songs generally more meaningful. I also love listening to discographies to hear how a band has evolved over time, it's very fascinating to me.
That said, my favorite albums where I'm constantly engaged throughout the album have included:
Motley Crue - Too Fast For Love
Avenged Sevenfold - Sounding the Seventh Trumpet
Savlonic - Red
Blink 182 - Neighborhoods
Hawthorne Heights - If Only You Were Lonely
Green Day - Kerplunk
Silverstein - Discovering the Waterfront
Chevelle - Vena Sera
Panic! at the Disco - Pretty. Odd.
Weirdly enough, The Killers' Hot Fuss album had the opposite effect from most albums, where I really like the singles, but the rest of the album was weirdly hard for me to get into.
Is there any other Olympic event that has an age limit like soccer?
I don't believe so, and it's only the men's soccer, not the women's. The reason why Olympic soccer has an age limit is to ensure that the FIFA World Cup retains its number 1 position in world soccer and doesn’t have to compete for attention with Olympic soccer. In Olympic qualifying soccer tournaments, the highest age limit is usually 21 years old. However, having an age limit of 23 at the Olympics allows those players who were 21 at the time of the previous under 21 European championship to take part in the competition that they had worked so hard to qualify for.
Side note that epic USA vs Mexico Gold Cup match took place in Vegas.
I believe I saw you in the crowd with your underwear on the outside of your outfit wearing a Luchador mask?

My daughter and her boyfriend went to that game. That was not me in the mask, though.
Yeah, lots of dying folk lately. Dude 4 houses up from mine died a few days ago too.
I'm "borrowing" a buddy's HBO Max for a few days on my laptop and watched Suicide Squad. It was AWESOME. I'd tell you more about it, but no one likes a showoff . Suffice to say it was warped and witty. I will definitely watch it again in our local theatre.
And coming out strong on a Monday morning, I am now in the lead.
Suicide Squad is on the Plex, will watch it either tonight or tomorrow after kids go to bed.
I also won the weekend.
Hands down, one of the top 3 weekends ever in my life.
What's the PLEX? Sounds like some exercise gimmick they sell on TV.

Ugh, I am in the first of 2 trainings right now. 2 hours on, 2 hours off, then 2 hours on again. I don't know why they can't just do a straight 4 hour training.
