I figure some fudgin' teacher watched that fudgin' film "Rushmore" too many times and instead of "Serpico" we have "Scarface: the 1st Grade Years".

The source material is all wrong for the Scarface play, not to mention inappropriate even as a joke. I hope that the school that allowed the play to happen (not to mention the dummy teacher who wrote it) all get a big boot to the head!

In NYC there's 30,000 teachers...and only 3 were let go last year.

I don't expect to see someone booted too heavily over this (maybe just stricter scrutiny).

No someone came to look at the house as it is up for rent just not by a guy in Nigeria but rather someone else but they talked to a guy who said he was in Nigeria and trying to rent out the house...

Did he ask you for your personal bank account information so that you can receive an electronic payment on his behalf, take 10% of the total as a processing fee, and then give him the rest? I don't think it would be a good idea to take him up on that deal.
