Is that phrase supposed to mean something in english?

But "hit a lick" was slang for what Bud does when he watches granny porn. When I worked juvenile corrections in the '90's I heard that term all the time from the little gang bangers.

According to the Urban Dictionary, to "hit a lick" is to come into a substantial sum of money. So I assume that guy had to get his mom to drive him to work. Or, given the ski-mask, she is driving him to a bank he will be robbing. You're welcome, uncool people.

That's actually close to what I was thinking, between the ski mask and the idea that "lick" could be short for "liquor store."

Either that, or "lick" is slang for a mountain, and the due was going skiiing. Where's Haven when I need him?
