I dipped into General Discussion to look around for the first time in months.

Came back here.

I don't really care, I was just trying to come up with something to say.

What I should have said was...I watched the Jim Gaffigan "Cinco" stand-up show, and realized that this guy is a very, very funny person. I always just kinda ignored him, and just assumed he wasn't very funny. But I needed something to watch while I ate my pizza, so I threw that one. I was very pleasantly surprised. I'm going to go back and watch his other 4 shows.

I do miss the days when there would be more new posts since my last log-in than could be listed in the default 4 pages. General discussion used to have some interesting, funny stuff in it, of course in addition to the usual BS that's always been around.

But the lack of the fun comic trivia threads, the crazy Kal-El21 (or whoever it was that ran them) online adventure threads, and just plain fun topics nowadays really sucks. Seems like the only clix discussions are various degrees of meta-game stuff, and the vast majority of interesting folks on here are long gone....present company excluded of course
