The gfish fakeclaim accusation went so well, why not go for another... right?
Don't try to spin this on me.
I'm not even the one who brought up the gfish fake claim, that was Dboy. Not to mention the situation is apples and oranges: we had a cop on gfish, and gfish claimed a prior used character.
The Justice League is in a precarious place when it comes to public opinion, however outright attacking those who cast doubt upon them (whether through the media, or outright violence) is not the answer in terms of swaying the public opinion. They need to stay the course, saving lives whenever they can, proving that they are the beacons of truth, justice and freedom that they claim to be. Slowly but surely this will sway the public trust, as more and more are positively effected by the League's acts.
"Lamplighter isn't a bad guy, he saved my family from that high rise fire"
"Midnight Blue teleported those kids off that bus that was about to go over the Dragon City Bridge. My son said he even brought them ice cream after"
"The Dragon busted up that Venom ring in Helotham, freeing my son from it's vicious grip"
"Gagngles helped a dozen old ladies cross the street"
"Varuna saved that cruise ship when it hit rough seas, without him, our vacation... and probably a few lives would've been ruined"
"The Red Witch found those missing children. I don't know what I would've done without her."
"The Justice League saved our lives..."
Once the Justice League learn that not all battle can be won by punching, then they will have learned how to earn the public's trust. There are still good people in this world, and good word travels fast.
I'd prefer an Af lynch. We'll see what Grizzz had to dl say though.
Event
Quietly, the Justice League should seek an audience with Afterthought. Blue can get them in and out without too much fuss. They should talk with him about what has happened. If they can get his trust back, they get The Umbrella back on there side. If they getThe Umbrella , they can work on building allies elsewhere.
Dragon should hold a tournament. He should publicly challenge the rest of Ox and Horse's crew, then when he wins he should pick a new regent for the city to protect them while he is out saving the world.

To gain back the trust of the public, the justice league should step from the shadows and reveal and hold a public meet and greet. With free food, drinks, and autographs. They should also invite people they have helped to step forward and share stories.
They will also have a Q & A segment, to make sure the people can clearly see their goals.
Make it publicly televised.

____ Although the Justice League is aware of Nate Sineater and his true motives, most of the world is not.
____ In fact for most of the world, the situation is reversed.
____ In Walu, Gangles' name has been tossed in the mud, with Michael revealing that the former Emperor funneled funds out of the city to fund his own group.
____ In The Umbrella, King Afterthought has declared that the Justice League are outlaws and they kidnapped him.
____ The people of Lyle still blame The Dragon and his gang of murderous foreigners for the death of their beloved Dark Skull.
____ Anywhere else doesn't really care.
____ What should the Justice League do to drum up support?
____ If things continue down this path, they'll be fighting more than just Nate Sineater.
The best answer will receive 10 EXP.

The most important thing is to convince the world of the threat from Sineater. As distasteful as it is, they need to use the body of Frankenjustice to start spreading the word about the horrible experiments Nate is performing. But not obviously, of course - it's got to be done subtly.
First thing is to take the body to Walu, start rumors about dark experiments taking place. But of course the best way to start a rumor is to vigorously deny its truth. So have Gangles find some contact still loyal to him in the government, and get them to issue an official denial that Michael has anything to do with the terrible experiments. That should get things started in full force.
Similarly, start the rumors in the Umbrella and Lyle that Afterthought (where did he go? PROBABLY TO DO EXPERIMENTS) and Dark Skull (betraying the trust of his people to sell Dany to these experiments?!) and let human nature do the rest.
I see no reason to not pick up where I left off yesterday.

I targeted you last night and you should be aware of what I did. I'd like not to have to share any more at this time, but I can if absolutely necessary.
