I think having everyone show in the write up was a definite mistake. There was no room for anything. If you were called out as town you could simply point to yourself. If you were called out as mafia you had no where to go.
For this, I had absolutely no idea that I shouldn't put everyone in the write up.
So, I am absolutely up for running another one, and I will address every single problem people had with this one, I just fear I may have damaged my reputation too much on this one.
The win was different and unexpected and I'm not sure how I feel about it.
I'm okay with the win. Especially since it means the mafia didn't win.
Although it does seem a bit odd to have the game end with a neutral meeting his win condition. If it were always that way, then a jester could get lynched day one and the game would be over, right? Now, not only does that not sound like fun to me, but I would be upset as a mod to put all of that work into a game and have it end right away.
I would agree with SilverLantern. I would have liked to know that we were racing to an end. Then mafia and town would have been interested in getting rid of neutrals. Working together to lengthen the game and allow for a town or mafia win.
All in all, though, I enjoyed the game. It was interesting to see a different mod style. I wouldn't say that it was better or worse than other games I've played on here. Just different. I had fun!

I would play in another one of your games.
Have you played in anyone else's game on this site? It would allow you to see how other mods let a game unfold, do writeups, etc.
I wouldn't be too put off by some things. The win was different, but I think it was fair. We're just not used to having someone win in that fashion. I think it could be a signature ReZ move. We are now aware of it and be more in tune. Such as I knew Robo was the grey pokemon making kills, as I had stolen his vote one day which showed in the write up with the swirly pokemon targeting the grey one. But I couldn't say anything about it, as I would have outed myself. Additionally, getting rid of the SK early is never a good idea. I actually kinda like the twist of the SK not having to kill everyone. To be labeled a Serial Killer you just have to do a series of killings. It's a different take on it and it could be the twist in a game to make the SK role more doable.

Yeah, sorry about that too I thought it was the norm, I interpreted as = how can the town win if they need to vanquish all threats but someone has won. But thats cool, I know for next time and will make it clearer.
Also this is the first time I've ever used day powers. Lol.
Thanks for playing though guys, and thanks for the feedback. And thanks for saying you'll play again. I promise you itll be fixed.
You might want to take notice ReZ that all other mods will give warnings, usually in their own threads, that they are still missing actions and will wait a little bit longer, blah, blah, blah. We're kind of lenient with that, as we really just want to see our games played to their fullest potential.

Not at all.
Every mod makes mistakes (except maybe Melkhor ). The goodness of the mod has a lot to do with having creative ideas and learning from those mistakes.
I'd say you've already got step one down and you're at least aware of step two. That's plenty to get people to sign up for your next game.
I'm not put-off by this game, ReZ. The only little thing I'd change about your future games would be the writeups. They really shouldn't show every single action taking place.
ReZ, having to only make 6 kills made being the SK more fun, because I didn't feel overwhelmed with having to kill everyone. I didn't like the explicit writeups much, but it's a style thing. Also, both sides were pretty über. Looking forward to the next one!
Usually, when a neutral reaches their win condition (not always, it depends), the game keeps going until town or mafia reaches their win. But hey, we can consider this a debugging round, a practice.
EDIT: Also, this is the LAZIEST I've ever had to be for a mafia game in which I knew the subject matter well.

I went through all the trouble of coming up with potential role claims for most of us (in fact, I was the only one I didn't have something roughly in mind for), but did we get a chance to use them? Noooooooooooo.
