It probably will be as my wife loves Rush.....
you in Canada by the way?
I live in Michigan. The Uppers think they are faux-Canada, if that counts, but I live in the lower left part by the outside of your wrist, if you get your handy dandy Map out by holding your left hand palm facing away from you.

Most eveeryone is paired up. If you want to start your games, you can but as I haven't gotten any lineup from any yet, I couldn't start any if I wanted to.
Tanis, could you send me a link to generate random maps? If the scenerio don't determine where you play at anyway? For example, like I said, my first game, the JLA is having a charity event. The map isn't going to be Four Corners. I'm going to really think about things this weekend to start coming up with the back ground for this. How about this for the pre-game? Random map, (unless both teams come up with a story driven idea of why they what a specific map) 2 BFC's?
This is because I know people are eager to start. I could look closer at each match (and still might) and try to tailor it, but if we want to get "rolling" as it were, this will be the best way to get things started, yes?

And evil, if you don't want end up fighting a "good" team, call dibs on the Legion of the Unliving. Otherwise, you are fighting the JSA or crashing my party for whatever reason.

Ohhh, Rokk care to re-enact the JSA's origin story with something more than supped up Valkyries trying to kill FDR (if disco doesn't mind, of course!)

actually I just number the maps starting with 1 on the first one and then roll a die roll with the total number of maps. Nothing fancy. That's what I do. Not sure what the other commishes do.

That would leave me facing my "natural" counterparts, the Avengers.
Question. We can have an overarcing story easily enough, but how does every what to do it? Does everyone what all 16 teams to co-exist on one world? 8 from one, 8 on the other, DC on theirs, Marvel on theirs, what suits your taste?
I'm inclined for 8 on one, 8 on the other. The LOD and Dark Avengers switch worlds in an effort to throw their respective foes off their trails. This would work out best for me, but I can work with anything.
And don't worry Doombot. Your Avengers with be under some sort of "illusion" or something of that nature to get them to raid this event.

Sounds good. Thanks! I assume the same for BFC's?

Yup, but let me email you the list to make it easier. I roll it for the BFC and then just go to the units section and copy and paste the text.
I believe the BFC list is up to date.
Thank you again! Rep coming as it is not nearly as high as it should be for the hard work you do down here!

One thing for those who play me while I thinking about it 9and I'll post in my stats so when go to see how I'm doing for a match, they'll remember,
The map is ALWAYS right for me. If there is ever a difference (and their will be, I maybe highly functional, but I'm still disabled), go with the MAP. I really try to make sure they match, but I slip, and I know a lot of stock in put in the written re-cap and description. Which is fine, but I do my turn all on the map, then write it up to match. So, the map will always be where I intend my pieces to be. Sorry, I have to throw these out while I'm thinking about it, or I'll lose them.
Carry on.

Oddly, as much as I was disgruntled at the peak of the "TMB retcon era" (i.e. - mid-Five Year Gap Legion), I find myself now disgruntled that it's been totally undone.
Mind you, I don't need every other character in the Legion to be in a homosexual relationship - not that I oppose such relationship but it was getting to the point of ridiculous (esp. the Shvaughn/Sean "reveal") - or for everything to always be dark and gritty but there were some real gems in those tales. Heck, I actually miss Kono these days.
