Suspicions had built to a boil all day. Some pointed fingers, and an ending looked imminent, but halfway through, a new accusation was thrown. The sexy foreign woman began to protest, but to no avail. They were on her en masse, and with a single rope, she was gone.

Malakim2099 has been lynched! He was Amy Pond (Doctor Who), sexy companion with a love of short skirts and wrong men, played by the cutie Karen Gillan. Alignment: Mafia

You have 36 hours to get actions in. Note I'm on Mr. Mom duty on Monday, so no idea how opening will work out.

N3: Stairways (To Heaven) & (Corporate) Ladders

She was a popular target tonight, for reasons which were a bit unclear. As she jumped off her ride, she was approached by a confidant man, who chatted her up. As he walked away, he ran into a large animal, scaring it away into the night. The young woman walked off, and was soon approached by an innocent looking girl with a large smile. They conversed, and actually ended up hugging goodbye. She continued on her way, when only seconds later, her body became racked with pain and she screamed into the night. She collapsed in a heap, her heart beating erratically.

Luckily, a friend was close by and rushed to her side. Also lucky, she was carrying an AED. After a few minutes of CPR, and a shock to the system, the popular young woman gasped loudly, brought back from the brink.

Covered in sweat, her savior collapsed back, exhausted. "Wow. That was intense. Come on, let's make sure you're okay."

The older woman was oddly overjoyed tonight, after the discovery of one of the new arrivals that had been causing such a headache for her. After sending out some instructions to others, she began packing up for the evening. She buzzed her new secretary, but received no answer. She tried a second time, and still no response. Clearly perturbed she began to storm out her office, but when she swing open her door, she was greeted by a smirking man with a cane.

"Good evening, Miss Mayor. Lovely night, isn't it?"

"Why are you here? And where is my secretary, she should know better than to leave before me."

"Oh, my apologies, I sent her home for the night. Thought you should be here for her, there are important matters to attend to at the moment."

Her anger boiling over her face, she came face to face with the smirker, only inches separating the two of them. "One of these days, you're going to go too far. And I won't be so pleasant."

"Perhaps." Without another word, the man with the cane turned around and began walking out. As he pushed the elevator button, a scream echoed off the walls, and a sickening sound like meat being cut was heard. Turning slightly, he saw the body of the mayor on the ground, her annoyed attacker standing over the corpse. The man with the cane's smirk grew just a tad larger, and a second later, he was gone.

I body guarded him hoping it would show in the write up, I figured that would be my only hope of clearing my name.

So, pain meds aren't doing squat - got ran over in a hit-and-run yesterday, yea! - but at least the game is up (and got my "Lions of Casterly Rock" in to get me feeling the groove of my character, but, I must admit if the sign-ups had been today, Jaime -might- have gotten beaten out by Timothy Oliphant's role from "Justified" as it's how I'm passing the time tonite and it's pretty darn snazzy!)

Anyway, might as well make a purpose to this post, beyond rambling...
