I've debated my thoughts on being pro-death before.

Should we be less worried about the loss of human lives?
It's a very cold, 'inhuman' stance to take, but I agree. I think most of the economic problems with the wold come from people racking up tens, hundreds of thousands, even millions of dollars in medical bills fighting illnesses that have very low fight-off-ability rates. I've already let my family know that if I get cancer, I'm not doing anything to fight it. I'm not going to put them through bankruptcy and cause that much of a financial loss to a hospital just because I want to get a few more weeks out of life. I understand the instinct to fight for every last second of life, because life is precious... but a -good- life is precious.
What if cancer exists as a form of population control, and by fighting it we're upsetting the natural order of things? Cancer is our natural predator, it's here to keep us in check. Moreso than any tsunami, earthquake, tornado, whatever.
Peers that is an interesting view and one some Christians might even take. That who are we to fight diseases such as that when it might be God's way of keeping the population of the eart under control without sending some great big flood again a la Genesis flood.
Then again hard to make that argument from anything I've read in the bible so those christians that feel that way wouldn't be getting that from anything in the bible so much as a general feeling as to how God might work.
Either way I agree to an extent that a lot of overpopulation would be bad for the limited size and resources we have for the earth.
I disagree however with countries like China that force population control through mandatory abortion for having more kids than allowed which right now I believe is 1 child but it may be 2 right now. Can't really remember and it doesn't matter as telling someone how many children they are allowed to have is a bit cruel. As long as you can care for those children then the number you have doesn't much matter to me.
Except when Carlos actually settles down and concentrates, he's as literate as most people on here.
At least, that's been his explanation for his spurts of perfect English now and then.
As much calm as Im as bett english I write.
Like when Kate and ??? Got married I was talking britanic english like a rich man holding tea with 2 fingers and talking like Emma Watson to Harry Potter.
In the other hand when the Wonder Twins or Halo were made or the Chicks from Glee were on uniform and lolipop I balery could concemtrate on any english!
And of course with my Lady that I love so much, pure Espanol would be my Love language with her...
A better idea would be to live surrounded by hot ladies and everybody in nice clottes and futuristic technology enjoin art, sex and life until each one is 30 and then dissapear on a weell. Only that when that happen to you, you runaway with one of the hottest kind ladies to live adventures outside the city.

I've debated my thoughts on being pro-death before. Our species has the distinct possibility of overpopulating the world so much that our planet cannot sustain us. This of course assumes it hasn't happened already. I mean we just keep expanding like a virus over the Earth, destroying everything in our path. So isn't a little population control a good thing? You know like natural disasters, war, plague, famine, Worthington Industries, etc. Again, not a moral statement, but purely from a survival of the species type view. Should we be less worried about the loss of human lives?
I don't know, there's too much poo on it for me to see the letters on any of the keys except "shift," except they forgot a letter.

Like Joe Rogan said, maybe natural disasters and disease are Earth's immune system. If you look at L.A. from space, it looks like a giant tumor. People are the cancer cells. Even if an earthquake takes out 95% of the city's population, the rest of the people manage to rebuild it bigger, stronger, and more powerful. This view makes a lot of sense if you can put aside your own sense of self-importance.

im just saying attacking it from all sides I could even see some religious groups supporting the idea that God uses natural disasters and disease to keep the population in control.
It has some significance from an anthropological standpoint which is science.

I can't help but think about the religious nut who thought the 2004 tsunami was God's punishment against Sweden for turning away from him.
'cause, you know, a lot of Swedes are vacationing in Thailand, so it makes perfect sense to hit Thailand if you want to punish Sweden.
Old Testament God I could see using natural disasters for population control. The Great Flood, plagues, fire from the sky... New Testament God is more of a hands-off, "Let's see if they figure it out for themselves" kind of guy.
