So I had someone call me to ask how much filing a document costs so I gave them the price and explained that the price I quoted was for a one-page document and that you'd need to add $9 for each page after that. Then they asked me how they would know how long the document was. And I had to explain it to them that they needed to open the doc and count the pages while trying to not sound condescending.
