That's a question I may have to check. Speed Demon himself stayed in D21 and attacked through his Speed Shadow. I would think it would be indentical to the Xavier you're using making an attack through one of his X-Men. The X-Man may be in range/LOF but Xavier himself is not, and that's who I'd need to see to use PC.

Wow, that was a hell of a turn. 2 KOs and damage to almost everyone else. Although Dr. Light is on an Invincible click, he shouldn't take EE Damage. I looked through the post twice to make sure you didn't use Outwit on that and I don't see that you did.
