And then maybe all of us should do up a list of who they would like in the set. How many figures are in the set again?
46 REV figs and 12 Unique figs?
For a first set, not an expansion, I believe it's 110-120 REV's and 10-12 U's. Expansions have 84 REV's and 10-12 U's.
And, yes we now decide on the actual team abilities. I will also make up a list of all the characters we've done so far over the next couple of days. But it shouldn't take me that long to compile since we've pretty much just started out.
Voting on abilities will be a bit different. Vote on the teams from the their respective games that you know about. Try to give reasons for your vote, if you can. Explain how each ability fits their team and characters.
Shinra - Superman Enemy (a tyranical, global corporation like Shinra gets to where they are through cunning, and manipulation. it seems like a good fit)
SeeD - Wildcard (these guys can do anything, they're the Special Forces of FF)
Empire - JLA/Avengers/Brotherhood (the empire's influence is everywhere. this doesn't necessarily represent FF 6's empire, but all of the evil regimes throughout FF history)
Cult of Kefka - Mystics (the only TA that makes sense to me)
Summons - Superman (reflects many of the summons abilities to cut through defenses ie. Odin, Bahamut, Eden, KOTR)
Turks - Ultimate X-Men
Avalanche - X-Men/Titans
Returners - JSA/Defenders
Kingdom of Figaro - Bat-family (they can hide a frickin castle, i think they deserve this)
WEAPONS - Power Cosmic (supposedly impossible to beat. supposedly harder than it's respective game's final boss. seems appropriate. give these guys pathetically low defense values to represent various tricks to beating them with little risk to your crew ie. holy wars/KOTR/vanish and x-zone spell combo)
Shinra- Hydra (Shinra mainly attacked their enemies from a distance. Example: When they were firing on Sapphire Weapon on Disc 2. They all lined up and fired their little guns... Oh and the Mako Cannon. Need I say more?)
SeeD- Avengers (The good-guy free movemnt. They new how to mobleize. Look how many Gardens there were.)
Empire- Brotherhood (The bad-guy free move. Same reason, the could mobleize their forces with ease.)
Cult of Kefka- Mystics (yeah, this works. Reflect!)
Summons- Wildcards (The work for whoever summons them. Nuff said)
Turks- Batman Enemy (Share AV. We Turks fought better when we were together. I admit... I didn't due to well when I fought AVALANCHE on the plate. That fall hurt...)
Returners- X-Men (The "we are family" abillity. They cared for each other and were there for each other.)
WEAPONS- POWER COSMIC (I think that sounds good for a big fig)
So that's what I have. And sorry I haven't been in here. I don't deserve any pudding...

Meh, it's cool, Reno. You can still have some pudding. In fact, you can have some of the stuff that I've been experimenting with. You know, trying to flex my culinary muscles. Ignore the chunks of brain. I had a disagreement with some of the chefs regarding a pension plan. They thought they deserved one. Where as I thought they should burn in hell. They're a great protein source...I think
Also, ignore any metalic taste. Things like that tend to happen when you shoot a man with half their weight in shotgun ammo.

Gullwings Dress sphere changes are a lot like shapechange so yeah, I'd give them Danger Girl. Pluse it's three hot chicks. Just seems to fit.
Shinra-Hydra. It does work for them as they had the tech to do range attacks.
SeeD-Ultimate X-Men. It's the perfect team ability for mercenaries hired to take out specific targets.
Empire-Brotherhood. Bad guy "free move" fits. I can also see this working for not only FF6 but also FF4 bad guys.
Cult of Kefka-Mystics seems obvious. There won't be many of this in the first set though.
Summons-Wildcards. They do work for whoever summons them and in later games they are customizable.
Turks-Batman Enemy. They focused on Offensive Stradegies and typically work together to take out a threat.
Avalanche-Avengers. Good guy free move. That and they always seemed to be on the run.
Returners-Titans. They more than anyone else in the history of the game seem to be there for each other.
Kingdom of Figaro-Superman Ally. With so much tech at their desposal it's easy to see how this could fit for them.
Al Bhed-Batman Ally-they did hid from the world as best they could in X, not so much in X-2 though.
WEAPONS-Power Cosmic. It just fits for these monsters.
