I have a speedo that I wear under my wetsuit when SCUBA diving. I bought an all black one because my wife says black is slimming.



She lied.

So if you file a doc with the Delaware Secretary of State and it has a foreign word in the name, you have to provide a transation. The word in question on the doc I'm handling is "Investimentos." I told the State that it meant "investments" but could also be the Portuguese Fresh Maker.

And then the State put it in suspense again just to spite me for my humor!

Totally worth it.
