Pyro leered at the young mutant Boom-boom advancing on him. "So you think you're some kind of explosion maker eh? Well you ain't got anything on me." Boom-boom tossed a time-bomb at the aussie mutant, but as it exploded Pyro caused the flames to shoot back at Boom-boom, taking her out of the fight.

"Amateur."

Magneto looked down at him. "Come on, we need to re-group with Deathbird on the roof."

Magneto flew up and dropped Pyro on the rooftop next to Deathbird and the Scarlet Witch. Pyro raced to the edge a looked over.

"Hey, what about my mate Avalanche down there. He's out in the open..."

A barrage of kinetic cards slammed into the poor guy's armour, followed by Nightcrawler's teleportation effect. A three fingered fist slammed Avalanche in the face, knocking him out completely.

"..aw man. I'm gonna fry that rotten elf for that."

Magneto shook his head. "No. It is the telepath Jean Grey that is helping them to be so well co-ordinated. If we remove her they will be severely dis-advantaged."

Pyro grinned. "Well consider it taken care of then."

Deathbird took out her much smaller and less impressive gun and jumped up onto a nearby air vent to provide cover. The X-men below spotted her and scattered, but Magneto took careful note of Jean Grey's position. Waving Pyro across he whispered into his ear. "She's right below us. Give her everything you've got."

"You got it." Pyro let loose with his flame-throwers, pummelling Jean Grey's telekinetic shield ferociously with a great flame dragon.

The flame dissapated to reveal a weary but alive Jean Grey, barely standing from the assault.

"One more good hit and she's done for."

Wow that dice system rolls abnormally high. I've been rolling 3's, 5's and some other non exciting numbers off of Irony. I'll post my move tonight. I don't think I want to chase after you if you are gonna stay on top of that roof though.

Yeah I always rolls badly with Irony.

The Electron dice server always seems to know when I'm trying for BCF though.

I need the high rolls if I'm going to have any chance of hitting your last few guys though. Darn 17 DV's!

I must say, I thought it was all over once you took out Sabretooth and wounded Deathbird, but it could still go either way now. You've got two powerful guys left against 4 weak-ish guys on my team. Interesting....

Ahh I don't consider Pyro weak. He has a 17DV and the potential to do 3 damage from range.

Yeah that's true. He's been my Ace in the Hole all game....now that he's needed, will it be enough? Both of your guys have 17 DV as well, and one has it combined with Super Senses, while the other is combined with Stealth, making them very strong defensively. Not to mention, both of your figures have a 9 AV (with the possiblity of 10 thanks to Perplex), while Pyro is my only 9 AV. But then, with my attack rolls, 8 should be enough eh?
