deadpool and sasquatch had great sculpts, but this one is just not good. why not have one sculptor, who the majority likes, do most of the clix? is it Dugas who seems to be the better sculptor? ......

speaking of deadpool without toughness.

in issue 6 of deadpool/cable, "the cat" threw chinese stars of some sort into deadpool's face, deadpool continued fighting, then "the cat" broke his trachea, and broke his spine i believe, and or put a sword through deadpool. "the cat" said..."you have an incredible tolerance for pain", and deadpool make a joke of course. he then pulls the sword out of himself.

why no toughness for deadpool?? i don't care if it would have made him 10 pts more. it's justified. i hope this doesn't get this thread off topic of cable, just venting.

That sculpt looks like play dough slapped together to look like a figure. And now the X-men have front loaded outwit? ugh. Like the guy that only plays X-men needed that annoying boost.

Too be honest I knew no matter what I would be disappointed with Cable. It's kind of the down side to seeing your favorite character get made.

No Energy Shield
No Willpower
No Leadership

I realize to an extent that this is all fanboy dreaming. But those abilities that Cable has demonstrated over and over and over again. He is supposed to be much more powerful. He has fought and defeated Apocalypse (bear in mind that the Apocalypse Clix isn't a good representation there), as well as Hulk.

I know that I was hoping for more, and I'm not talking about a Thor figure here, but he should have much more then being just a gunner with TK. That is purely what his experienced level should be.

And Cable has toughness because he is half made of metal. Deadpool doesn't because he has no damage reducing powers of any kind.

Why should Cable have Mind Control? I have never see him control a person

made of metal or not, deadpool fights with chinese stars in his face, and worse. he never gets hurt, he doesn't scream in pain, he just regenerates back. i would have liked toughness for him. this could be an ongoinging thread itself. i guess if one pops up, i'll post in there, but i have a feeling it's gonna continue in here. haha

in the cable/deadpool series, cable is like ridiculously powerful. the entire xmen can't beat him some 65 times in a danger room experiment. i think he's gonna fight the silver surfer soon. cable is a powerhouse

To a point I agree with Psy Blast, but he has outwit so he doesn't really need Psy Blast. I think he sounds great and it seems like they tried to maximize him without making him too costly. Sounds good to me. I personally find end/mid dial TK not very useful but hey, it definately goes with the character.

He's both a telepath and a telekinetic. He's used mind control more times then I can mention. It's like the discription said when he first appreared he was this run and gunner. THen they got into all his actual power.

If it wasn't for the Techno-Organic virus he would be considered one of, if not the most powerful Mutant. And before you make comparisons to Xavier or Magneto look at what X-Man could do. That was Cable if he had never been infected with the virus. Heck X-Man was able to rip Xavier out of the Psychic Plane.
